Contract position New York , NY Introduction Global Markets Shared Services is a critical group providing cross product services in Client ICG Technology organization. Position Responsibilities Junior Developer responsible for providing front-line/second-line support for Global Markets Shared Services applications/platforms Interact with business stakeholders & application teams as needed to understand business problems Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with various teams to resolve issues Participate in design, development, and deployment activities for various projects Respond to and resolve issues beyond standard management requests and participate in supporting Shared Services applications Work in a global team environment Key Skills Application support experience/background is a plus 3-5 years of architecture, design, and implementation experience Ability to work independently as well as in a global team environment Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work effectively in a multi-tasking environment is a must Fixed Income Reference Data/Market Data acquisition, management, and distribution experience Key Technologies Java/J2EE Unix/Linux Scripting Database [Sybase/Oracle] Spring Framework C#/.Net is a plus
