Description Location: NY Title: Medium to Senior Level Developer We are looking for a medium to senior level developer to join the strategic build out of the distributed computing and Application Server platform. The candidate preferably has hands-on experience with similar systems, and fully understands the challenges that are associated with large scale and Real Time analytics infrastructure. This role will also participate in business support and day to day operations, in order to receive first hand information of requirements and issues. Requirements include: 3+ years of financial industry experience, preferably in the mortgage area Strong knowledge of distributed computing architecture, DataSynapse GridServer preferred In-depth experience with J2EE architecture and specifically WebLogic Strong multi-threading experience Strong service oriented architecture and web services knowledge Strong OO concepts and programming skills Relational database experience, preferably Sybase Familiar with Linux environment and Scripting Team work spirit, and ability to lead projects Comfortable with fast pace high pressure front office environment, self motivated
