Skills: Front Office/BA/Business Analyst/BPR/Business Process Re-Engineering/RUP/6 Sigma/Equity Derivatives/Equity/Equity Swaps/STP This is an exciting opportunity to work as a BA within a very profitable Prime Brokerage arm of a leading Investment Bank. A team of process BA s are required to define the current operating model for the front office Swaps Business. Working across several very successful international trading desks you will be responsible for mapping out workflow process and worksteps and looking at efficiency metrics against them. Front Office Experience is therefore required. You will need to be confident at dealing with users and understand the End to End trading process for Equities/Equity Derivatives.
