Description Main Duties/Responsibilities: Strategy Development requirements analysis and documentation. Business Analysis for other projects as needed. IT global organization delivering projects across all regions. The development team provides key solutions that support IT as a business in strategic alignment with core initiatives of the COO/CTO/Architecture organizations. Provide solution delivery services to the IT groups in the firm.Qualifications: Degree in Information Technology, Software development or comparable education. 4-6 years of experience in business analysis or IT analysis role in a financial services firm. Functional knowledge of project portfolio management applications and processes. Excellent documentation and presentation development skills. Experience with logical data modeling. Knowledge of UML is a must. Excellent communication skills.
