Our client, a worldwide leader in Media/Broadcasting & Entertainment is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with at least 5 years of combined technical and functional business analysis experience for a long term project. Major responsibilities will include:
. Work with ITand Business staff to facilitate communications, including project requests, open issues, prioritizing, resource allocations, issue management, problem resolutions. Ability to succinctly document the requirements for the Client audience using presentations and Use Cases. Creation of Use Cases with detailed business flows, rules and requirements, including "retro-engineering" of Use Cases from existing functionality. Facilitate requirements and analysis via meetings with customers to determine and prioritize projects needs. Provide guidance, task direction, and mentoring to other Analysts across multiple projects. Perform project and system walk-throughs and /or prototype demonstrations as needed. Develop UAT test plans and coordinate User Acceptance Testing. 5+ years combined technical and functional business experience. Experience working with .NET and SQL from a Business Analysis standpoint. Demonstrated ability to successfully perform various aspects of the Business Analyst role across multiple, complex system implementations, including working with 3rd party applications, process mappings, writing Use Cases, documentation. Proficient skills using the MS Office suite and process modeling tools. Experience with 3 tier architecture, web services and relational databases and queries. Media experience is a big plus!
