This structure enables ICG to leverage our product breadth and geographic scope, and effectively align our resources with our clients' needs. The candidate will be responsible for all aspect of Software Development Life Cycle activities pertaining to Data Warehousing and reporting solution to support ICG s Client Analytics group. The developer will build Front End GUI to navigate the Data warehouse to present analytical information to the user, as well as customizing the Datawarehouse to provide best in class solution. Essential Skills Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; Able to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities; Works directly with business units during project planning, requirements, and delivery to come up with the best solution; Must be able to provide reasonably accurate time and cost estimates for projects; Must be able to coach and mentor junior developers on the team Technical Skills ? Must Have Excellent skills related to database development - SQL Server 2005 or SQL 2000. Ability to create and optimize queries and stored procedures, create optimal indexes etc. Experience in SQL Server Integration Services Excellent skills in SQL Server Reporting Services 2005 or 2000 .NET Framework 2.0 Excellent skills in ASP.NET, C# programming JavaScript, HTML, XML, XSL Web services Technical Skills ? Big Pluses Business Objects XI R2/R3 TFS ? Team Foundation Services Optional .NET Framework 3.5 SQL Server Analysis Services Agile methodology experience Knowledge/Experience Market Data knowledge (Dealogic, Cornerstone, Alacra, Reuters) Banking/Capital Markets P&L system design experience.
