Our client, a top-tier financial firm, is looking for a Project Manager for a short contract to coordinate and support an office build out involving Cisco and LAN /WAN technology. The position will be based in the Whippany, NJ area and the build out will be in Los Angeles, with some travel involved.
Activities you will be involved in:
- Coordinate installation and configuration of Cisco CCM for 50 users for new office build in LA
- Coordinate integration between Cisco and IPC Turret System
- Coordinate Voice requirements with the Data Network Project and Planning team.
- Coordinate installation Telephones and training of new users
- Maintain current project plan
- Ensure deliverables are on-time
- Ensure approved configuration standards are followed
- Main point of contact for local PBX vendors and carriers
- Main interface between vendors and telecommunications management
Knowledge and expertise required:
- Coordinate installation Telephones and training of new users

- Cisco CCM
- Unity Voice Mail

Education: Relevant Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
