Experience: 5+ years experience <br><b>
Strong Core Java – understanding of class design and collections. <br>
SQL – strong data modeler and relational database experience. <br></b>
C#/ WinForms – understands building front ends with WinForms (VB experience ok). <br>
Asset Management experience working knowledge of standard fixed income and equity instruments and their characteristics, as well as the familiarity with portfolio management and trading. <br>
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, coach and mentor others. Collaborate on designs and integrated development. <br>
Strong communication skills – able to articulate complex ideas verbally and in writing. <br>
Commitment to delivery – must take pride in delivering quality work in a timely fashion. <br>
Time Management – work effectively, communicate risks appropriately, and take responsibility. <br>
Mulit-Platform Environments – designing process for Unix/Windows platforms. <br>
Reporting tools – knowledge of reporting packages (Crystal Reports, Actuate desired). <br>
Business Analysis – performing analysis for small to medium size projects. <br>
XML – understands defining, working with XML and XPath. <br>
•J2EE/Web Services – understands J2EE concepts, especially SOA.
Sybase/TSQL – reading knowledge of TSQL – understanding of sproc optimization. <br>
Fixed Income experience – working familiarity with fixed income products, especially bonds, international currencies, futures, options, and derivatives. <br>
