Basic Function:
As part of M&T's Lending Services Loss Mitigation and Default Reporting area, the Business and Planning Analyst II would be required to create, run and maintain the routine and ad-hoc reporting.
Responsibilities:
The Business & Planning Analyst II would be responsible for monthly default reporting to investors and the Mortgage Insurance Companies
Develop and produce standard and ad hoc departmental reports and spreadsheets
Participate in the planning and implementation of new projects, products, programs and plans to achieve short and long term business objectives
Research and gather departmental statistics to be able to perform basic ad hoc analysis to support business decisions and provide management feedback
Perform Fidelity transactions and send files via FTP process to vendors
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or above or have at least 3+ years professional experience in related environment
1 to 2 years default mortgage experience
Strong knowledge of Mainframe & Web based applications
Proficient in the use of excel, word, access and crystal reports or SAS
Strong analytical ability and creative problem solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
