CDI is seeking a SAN Support Analyst
Location Fishkill, NY
Immediate need to support this 1.3 FTE workload, some onsite in East Fishkill and Poughkeepsie and some remote from home
Support of SAN Environment
Carry out the daily SAN/storage logical configurations (i.e. lun definitions, zoning, host definitions), problem determination, capacity planning in conjunction with the architects, firmware/microcode update implementation and scheduling.
Daily work includes zoning, lun allocation, and troubleshooting.
PPRC (MetroMirror) -- disaster recovery between East Fishkill and Poughkeepsie
Key Project Support of PPRC (MetroMirror) project between Fishkill and Poughkeepsie between a 2105-800 Shark in Fishkill and a production DS8300 in Poughkeepsie.
The work involves the DSCLI and modifying of scripts.
Plan is to swap out all Brocade switches for Cisco.
