Primary responsibilities include design and coding advanced project modules. In this role the person is going to be involved in design and development of large project phases or deliver full project lifecycles for smaller scale technical solutions. <p>
Responsibilities<br>
• Design, programming, data conversion and unit testing phases of the Application Development Lifecycle. These tasks will include:<p>
• System analysis, design and software architecture.<br>
• Database design. <br>
• Coding advanced parts of a project.<br>
• Unit testing. <br>
• Application support to the user community for specific projects and participation in production problem solving efforts.<br>
• Support and mentoring of a programming team comprised of both full time and consulting resources to ensure high productivity, quality and teamwork.<p>

Experience: • 3+ years of project development experience including design, coding and testing phases of the Application Development lifecycle.<br>
• Strong background in database design and implementation in SQL Server 2000/2005.<br>
• Knowledge of database administration SQL Server.<br>
• High level of expertise in client server and Web applications using .NET and ASP.NET technologies.<br>
• Knowledge of Web Service technology.<br>
• Experience developing reports in Crystal Reports is preferred.<br>
• Experience in Oracle is a plus.<br>
• Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with users, peers and senior management.<br>
• Candidate must have a good understanding, desire, and ability to delve further into technical issues.<br>
• Candidate must be a team player with independent work experience.<p>
