• Coordinate and complete RFPs, RFIs, surveys and other written prospect material in conjunction with Business Development and Marketing, and other departments where necessary.
• Ensure all materials adhere to industry guidelines from a marketing perspective. Liaise with Risk Oversight on standards and compliance of new materials.
• Aid in the creation and maintenance of generalist firm wide and product specific marketing materials.
Experience: • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills particularly the ability to convert technical language into an understandable and readable document.
• Detail-oriented, energetic and industrious self-motivated team player who works well under pressure and has strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize assignments so that all deadlines are met.
• Related financial writing experience (preferably in fixed income asset management).
• Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing a plus.
• Solid academic credentials.
