Our Government client has an immediate requirement for a Help Desk / Desk side Support Technician to provide technical support, instructions, and guidance to clients on the use of various specialized material and software. The successful individual will be required to perform problem identification, troubleshoot hardware and software, and implement technical solutions to meet client needs, as well as install new versions of hardware/software and other information processing equipment. Experience: Successful candidates will possess solid troubleshooting skills and experience supporting Microsoft Windows XP, MS Office and Outlook; Must have a minimum of 2 years experience performing a Technical Support role in a structured Help Desk environment.
