Our client, a well established financial services company, has an immediate need for a SQL Server Developer on a long term consulting basis. This group has a SQL Server 2005 clustered database environment and is looking to upgrade current SQL queries and stored procedures so that they run more efficiently. In addition, they are looking to develop additional database functionality to meet changing business requirements. The candidate will work closely with financial professionals to accomplish the new database functionality.

Experience: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:<br>
-5+ years experience with SQL Server 2000/05 including extensive T-SQL knowledge.<br>
-Hands-on expertise with stored procedures and complex SQL queries.<br>
-Experience controlling and developing a project from start to finish.<br>
-Prior experience in the financial industry is a plus but NOT a must.<br>
-Strong communication and organizational skills are required.<br>
