Act as a lead application developer for all messaging solutions applications, including Lotus Notes / Domino, Sametime, and Blackberry.
Determine software application requirements with client
Full software life cycle / design, develop, test, document, support, and maintain suite of custom Lotus Notes / Domino applications
Develop and test databases, scripts and programs - maintain / modify existing applications
Support client in the effective use of Lotus Notes technologies in the environment
Develop applications with Web interfaces
Maintain Corporate Compliance standards
Troubleshoot and solve application problems
Project Assignments
Maintain existing Lotus Notes Applications

Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, design and communications skills essential
Self-starter with the ability to work in diverse circumstances
Ability to develop estimates, manage projects, and return high-quality results within schedule and budget constraints
Customer focused while equally comfortable providing independent solutions or architecting as part of a team
Responsible and dedicated work ethic
Salary range is 80,000-110,000 plus bonus, benefits, etc.

Experience: AIX operating system a plus
Windows 2003 operating system
Local area networks and distributed computing environments
Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS or related field, or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience in database application development
IBM/Lotus CLP certification preferred
5+ Years Developing Lotus NOTES Domino Applications
2+ Years Developing Lotus NOTES Domino Web Applications
Strong experience with LotusScript and JavaScript
