Experience: 2+ years hands-on IT MANAGEMENT experience, with a staff of 5 OR MORE, and 3+ years prior experience in a hands-on DESKTOP SUPPORT or NETWORK SUPPORT position. If you can not hit the ground running troubleshooting Windows XP issues, building PC's, rack mounting and installing software on servers (win 2000 and 2003) and configuring CISCO switches, this is NOT the position for you.
