Under the direction of the IT Project Manager, the Senior Programmer Analyst is responsible for the analysis and development of new IT business applications with in the .NET framework as well as some maintenance and support of already existing systems.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in full life cycle of IT application development.
Minimum of 3 years with C#.NET
Experience with Visual Basic a plus
Relational database experience should include MS SQL Server with Oracle a plus
Project leadership experience a plus.
Analyzes new application development and enhancement requests from the business units and proposes programming solutions.
Writes design documentation.
Develops estimates on various programming activities.
Writes application programs utilizing programming languages and database stored procedures to implement business requirements.
Proposes database changes stemming from work assignments, to the Data Architect and DBA.
Learns and adapts new technologies where applicable and beneficial to work assignments.
