Genesis10 currently has an opening for a PMO in Midtown Manhattan.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with Global PMO who sets general guidance and figure out who to best adapt their policies to use in the group.
- Figure out the right team structure, How to offer the PMO services to different groups, get their buy in for areas that must be covered for compliance/good corp citizenship issues
- Look at the SDLC process in place now and determine risk assessment for audit/reporting issues
- Help add structure where needed to budget process, reporting, issues tracking/escalation
Experience: Skills/experience:
Must have several years working in a trading environment as to understand how the rapid development works there and understand how to support the demands of the business.
Any equities or electronic trading is a plus.
Should have experience implementing PMO process and how to finesse senior users to work with PMO. PMP is a plus but not must have.
Should have experience working with a Global PMO
Must be self directed, good internal salesperson mentality, go-getter, and be flexible/adaptable
