<p>An award winning interactive agency located in Union Square is seeking Ruby on Rails developers to work on new development projects. The company which follows an MVC-type architecture wants to update their framework and thus is moving to RoR, and looking for a senior developer to help take them in that direction. </p>
<p>
The people they need are thinkers. People who can deal with problems as they arise and understand the impact of their technology decisions. There will be a lot of technologies in day-to-day work that are uncommon and candidates will have never worked with, therefore they must be able to learn the technologies quickly and adapt immediately. This is an independent thinker's job—not for someone that was part of a vast deployment team and a very narrow focus, but rather an agile-minded developer with multi-faceted talents.</p>
<h3 style="color:#339966">Skills Required:</h3>

<li>1+ year Ruby on Rails</li>
<li>5+ years web development experience (PHP, ASP, JSP)</li>
<li>3+ years RDBMS (MySQL preferred)</li>
