NYC based Hedge Fund looking for Business Analyst:
Key Responsibilities include:
• Developed and launched state of the art software to identify potential sales trading opportunities.
• Communicate business needs to technology groups to insure desired changes and enhancements were implemented• Communicate with financial institutions to encourage participation in firm trading products.
• Research and develop software for assigning projects, monitoring progress and providing technical support.
• Design and implement software that allowed financial institutions to slice orders to optimally trade versus liquidity available in the market.
• Demonstrate to clients the ability to create trading models in a spreadsheet environment via an interface available in our order management system.
• Research and develop software and reports to analyze pre and post trade transaction costs against various benchmarks in the marketplace.
• Produced research pieces to investigate various market issues affecting the business.
