Wall Street Investment Giant seeks an exceptional individual to join their Investment Management Services team. This position is responsible for managing and completing projects that are designed to make Investment Management Services (IMS) processes more efficient.
Specific Responsibilities:
· Collaborate, consult, and negotiate with other analysts and cross-department/divisional leaders to establish agreed upon project and product goals.
· Lead the development of product and project strategies with business sponsors and interested parties.
· Act as a valued resource for operational, client-service, and business areas to partner with them to accomplish cross-department/divisional goals.
· Responsible for ensuring changing business needs are understood and are reflected in how they will affect the system/solution described.
· Ensure potential solutions are described in terms that both business and technical teams can understand.
· Review and approve all technical documentation related to the solution.
· Lead industry and professional networks to ensure awareness of industry standards, trends, and best practices.
· Identify gaps in current products or solutions, and drive the creation of new solutions to fill these gaps.
· Supervise testing of systems changes, approve or assist in the development of product announcements, and approve modifications to client demonstrations

Requirements:
· 4 year college degree
· 2-5 years related security operations, brokerage or settlements work experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Access (Database building, queries, macros, etc.), Microsoft Project and Excel / Visual Basic
· Experience with flowcharting software (i.e. ABC Flowcharter, VISIO)
· Good analytical and interpersonal skills
· Able to work under pressure
