- Spec out, order, and install/configure HP Proliant servers with Windows 2003 Server, VMware ESX, Citrix Presentation Server, and other server based applications.<br>
- Diagnose server support issues. Requires strong working knowledge of Windows 2003 Server, Active Directory, Citrix Presentation Server, VMware ESX, and Exchange 2003.<br>
- Maintain OS patches, security updates and system upgrades. Requires knowledge of scripting tools and WSUS.

- Diagnose connectivity issues that may relate to LAN and WAN, VPN, and internet connectivity. Coordinate with service provider for resolution of circuit outages. <br>
- Understanding of network devices, protocols and architectures. <br>
- Maintain system backups<br>
- Maintain documentation for server and network equipment.<br>
- Provide 2nd level support for pc related support issues.<br>
- Log and resolve trouble tickets in support database.<br>

Experience: 5+ years experience with Server/Network Administration. <br>
BA/BS degree preferred<br>
MCSA or MCSE, CCNA or CCNP, and CCA or CCEA certifications desired<br>
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills<br>
