We don’t stick with formal methodology although our work pattern resembles that of SCRUM/Agile development with short release cycle and flexible project plans. We love open source and evangelize it whenever we can but don’t mind paying for top quality software when needed. Our developers have the flexibility of choosing the development platform(the majority of them use their preferred flavor of Linux with Eclipse as the IDE) and get to have complete ownership of projects
Experience: We are looking for passionate junior Java developers addicted to coding. Whether you have a year or two of experience or are just out of college looking to hone your skills, you need to have sincere passion for Java programming, very strong understanding of its core concepts and ability to write quality code on schedule.
This is the place where you are NOT just a peg in a large system, thus you are expected to take initiative to investigate solutions and technologies as new needs emerge as well as multitask and prioritize with minimal supervision. The ability to quickly learn new skills, proactive attitude as well as resourcefulness are critical.
