Desktop Support Analyst in NEW YORK, NY

JOB DESCRIPTION <br></p>


Work closely with the Systems Engineer in providing day-to-day desktop support. <br></p>
Primary support will be for New York, but will also include remote offices. <br></p>
Daily maintenance of desktop systems, including troubleshooting desktop and laptop issues. <br></p>
Installation of new applications and keeping on top of new technologies <br></p>

Working with teams to implement new hardware and software into our environment. <br></p>

REQUIREMENTS <br></p>

. Bachelor&#146;s degree in Information Technology preferred <br></p>
. 1-3 years experience <br></p>
. Strong knowledge of Windows XP/2003 and Microsoft applications <br></p>
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills <br></p>
. Demonstrated interest in financial services and computer technology <br></p>
. A strong commitment to working as part of a team and providing excellent customer service <br></p>
. Ability to thrive in a high pressure environment and be able to multi-task <br></p>
