My client is seeking a Project Manager with ERP implementation experience a must. Knowledge of financial and operational modules including GL, AR, AP, Distribution, Manufacturing and/or Project Accounting is essential. We are looking for a motivated team player with a strong work ethic and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The location of this position is flexible, we will consider any home office based candidate within the US or Canada.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage multiple concurrent Sage Accpac ERP projects.
Lead all client communication from kick-off meeting through project sign-off.
Create and monitor project plans, schedules and reports.
Gather and document the clients detailed business requirements
Manage the implementation team to ensure that the project is under budget and on schedule.
Provide partner and client training as required
Manage all documentation pertaining to each project
Support the internal and external sales efforts as required.
Requirements:
Strong Project Management skills.
PMP certification is an asset.
5 years of experience managing large, ERP software implementations.
Knowledge of Sage Accpac ERP, Sage Pro ERP or equivalent accounting system is required.
Knowledge of Sage Accpac third party products is an asset.
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and/or IBM DB2 is an asset.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task with minimal direct day-to-day supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel 25% to 50% of the time; valid passport required.
College Degree or equivalent experience.
