Ajilon Consulting is seeking a PeopleSoft HR/Payroll Business Analyst to support our client on a major implementation.
Experience: . 6+ years of PeopleSoft HR functional SME knowledge (modules include HR, Benefits, Benefits Administration, Payroll); senior business analyst experience is primary role.
. Should have experience working with clients that have an very large employee base
. Complex requirements gathering and documentation (current state, gap analysis, future state, process flows, screen mock ups, detailed verbiage related to configuration, processing rules, edits, controls, etc).
. Full lifecycle experience implementing PeopleSoft HR/Benefits or PeopleSoft Payroll in only a functional and/or project management capacity.
. Strong communications and meeting facilitation skills.
. MS Project tool experience.
. Project management (full lifecycle) experience.
. Cognos reporting experience is desirable
