Our New York City-based client is a publisher of health, diet and fitness web products - is seeking a web developer to join their technology team. You will be tasked with the continual development of their websites. This position allows for the opportunity to both learn from and contribute to a technology team in a growing organization.<br><br>

Experience: - Professional experience with test planning, casing and scripting and have past exposure to web services, stored procedures, and transactions.<br>
- Experience with QA automation for web applications/sites.<br>
- C# automation experience.<br>
- Understanding of modern software engineering, relational database, and object-oriented programming concepts.<br>
- Fine tune quality assurance standards and processes
- Understand QA test plan and test case design, development and implementation.<br>
- Work closely with development team, product management and customer support.<br>
- Assist with facilitating improvements in QA infrastructure and processes to maximize efficiency.<br>
- Must be hands on and an excellent troubleshooter.<br>
- Able to manage multiple projects.<br>
- Ability to think strategically and act tactically and develop new testing approaches.<br>
- Estimate and forecast resources based on past performance data.<br>
- Identify, research, report, track and verify software defects proactively and comprehensively.<br>
- Work well in a team environment.<br>
- Communicate effectively with developers and business stakeholders.<br>
