DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: <br></p>

&#149; Provide technical assistance in understanding systems functionality and provide expertise in the module set-ups. <br></p>
&#149; Provide creative problem solving skills and translate business needs to software procedures.<br></p>
&#149; Design, developing and testing of programs in support of Collegue Finance system and Colleague Human Resources system.<br></p>
&#149; Define and develop reports based on reporting needs.<br></p>
&#149; Review existing college business practices and make recommendations on how the system can be used to improve internal processes.<br></p>
&#149; Prepare departmental procedural documentation.<br></p>
&#149; Conduct well developed one-on-one and group user instructions.<br></p>
&#149; Ensure effective testing, implementation and instruction of users involving system enhancements.<br></p>
&#149; Perform other job related duties as outlined by the Director.<br></p>
Experience: QUALIFICATIONS:
&#149; Bachelor&#146;s degree in Computer Science or related field.<br></p>
&#149; Knowledge of Colleague programming tools(Envision Toolkit), or extensive experience with SQL query language and programming techniques required. Experience with Peoplesoft Financial Management software a plus.<br></p>

&#149; 3+ years of experience in systems analysis and programming <br></p>
&#149; Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
<br></p>&#149; Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.<br></p>
