Job Summary
Help Desk Support Manager is responsible for all end user support and the team performing the support. This is a hands on position and requires strong multi tasking capabilities. Must ensure the Help Desk Software Database is up to date and is being used to its utmost potential including any and all SFP's and audit point as it relates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

" Manage support desk agents, ensuring they are providing the set forth service levels
" Take calls and emails for support requests from employees located throughout the world
" Take ownership of support desk operations including operating procedures, escalations, and support ticket management
" Manage and maintain ticket-based support application
" Create and maintain all user accounts for all systems.
" Escalate issues to senior engineers and management when necessary
" Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting on Support Desk activity
" Schedule on-site engineering resources on a day-to-day basis
" Setup and maintain user and email accounts, security and distribution groups, and manage permissions on network resources
" Assist end users with completing appropriate IT documentation
" Communicate and enforce IT standards, policies and procedures
" Obtain quotes and prepare purchase orders
" Monitor after-hours support operations for efficiency and optimal customer service
" Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
" Must be able to adapt personal schedule around occasional after-hours demands of the job function or organization

Minimum Skills and Qualifications

Education:
" High School Diploma
Experience:
" A minimum of two (2) year of relevant work experience
" Experience with Active Directory and Windows server preferred, but not required
" Experience with latest Windows Operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
" Previous leadership experience preferred
" Experience in a hospitality environment preferred, but not required
Skills:
" Extremely Strong written and oral communication skills
" Must enjoy working with users and have the desire to provide excellent customer service
" Highly organized individual with the ability to manage multiple endeavors simultaneously
" Superb customer service, organizational and problem solving skills
