Job Description
- Provide high level of technical support to front line Operations staff in a specific application/technology of the business.
- Ensure proper support by providing procedures,and testing processes to ensure Operational requirements are met.
- Establish Operational requirements to be designed by Development and Application Support teams.
- Create and execute test plans for Operational certification of new and existing technologies.
- Create and maintain Operational procedures - daily and recovery.
- Represent Operations in technology or business projects
- Support front line Operations during system and application incidents.
- Implement and support software, hardware and network changes
Required Skills:
Project Management
ITIL certification
Basic automation and scripting
Required Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent and/or 4 years relative job experience.
