What You Do
Install, support, and maintain networks, servers, desktops, and communication devices
Help solve client technical questions and issues either remotely or at client site
Liaison with representatives of many entities requiring secure access to client sites
Build and maintain exceptional relationships with our clients, staff, and software partners
Assist with the development of end user, technical support and knowledge base documentation
Become the in-house expert on all technical issues affecting specific clients
Assist other customer support engineers with client related networking issues
Who You Are
You are a motivated, dedicated, energetic, creative, innovative, proactive person who:
Has at least 3 years experience as a networking engineer or field tech
Has experience installing and supporting Windows 2003 Server, Exchange Server, and SQL Server
Has detailed knowledge of networking technologies including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
Has strong problem solving and diagnostic skills
Has exceptional phone etiquette and listening skills
Can handle and prioritize multiple tasks
Pays close attention to detail
Has outstanding organizational skills and follows tasks through to completion
Likes taking care of people!
Has a drivers license and access to a car every day.
Willing to drive to clients located in the tri-state area.
