Required Skills:<br> <p>

&#149; Minimum of 5+ years programming experience<br> <p>
&#149; 3+ years ASP.NET development<br> <p>
&#149; 2+ years VB.NET Windows Application development or C# with interest working with VB.NET<br> <p>
&#149; 1+ year development with .NET Framework 2.0<br> <p>
&#149; Strong technical and analytical ability
<br> <p>&#149; Careful and methodical programming
<br> <p>&#149; Ability to make decisions<br> <p>

Additional Preferred Skills:<br> <p>

&#149; Knowledge of Active Server Pages, JavaScript, HTML, and XML/XSLT <br> <p>
&#149; Knowledge of XSLT
<br> <p>&#149; Familiarity with hierarchical data structures<br> <p>
&#149; Knowledge of basic publishing/layout concepts and terms
