This position is a one year contract.
Duties:
Supplement planning engineering for the field work necessary to develop scope for underground, network , and other miscellaneous projects. Assist with project scope development and study work for underground, network, capital center feeders and other miscellaneous projects. Assist with monitoring project construction progress and resolving issues arising during project implementation. Provide technical assistance to other departments as requested to supplement non-restored work force.
Skills:
CAD Drawing preferably Microstation but AutoCad is acceptable
GIS Smallworld or ESRI experience.
Education:
AAS Degree in Electric Technology. Prefer GIS background and experience
