Job Title: Senior Financial Systems OLAP Analyst
Location: New York, NY
Duration: Permanent
Managing new project assignments as requested and prioritizing by the manager of Financial Systems, including project management, development, training, testing, and documenting all aspects of assigned tasks. Involvement with Financial Applications development in Business Intelligence space. Responsible for management of development and implementation of reporting strategy, including transactional and multidimensional reports for finance users, attorneys, and management. Provide direction for financial reporting as well as integration between new technologies and legacy applications.
Experience:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate results. in-depth technical analysis skills, including consolidation. Understanding of general accounting and finance principals. Ability to work with business users and transform business requirements into technical specs. Relational DB programming experience, preferably SQL. 3 or more years of experience in BI environment. 2 or more years of experience in administering Hyperion Essbase applications. 2 or more years of experience in administering budgeting software, preferably Clarity 6. Minimum of 4 years college education.
