Required Skills: CICS; COBOL; DB2; MQ Series
15 years experience within a financial services firm with at least 10 years of IT project management experience. Demonstrates an ability to manage onshore and offshore teams responsible for producing quality deliverables in critical timeframes and on budget is required. Delivers timely and quality services that meet or exceed team manager's and client expectations. Candidate will be able to work independently within various technology areas of the Bank. A solid history of managing development, support, modifications, enhancements and troubleshooting technologists is required. Knowledge of HP Project & Portfolio Management system, Hogan International Systems and global cash accounting and processing a strong plus. PMI certification a plus.
Must have the following:
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources, capable of both direct and matrix management;
Must be able to take strategic direction from senior management;
Must take initiative; Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance.
