Daily duties will be to provide onsite Mac support in a mixed environment. The ideal Consultant will have strong Mac support knowledge in both Windows and Mac Environments. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: <b><u><font color= "#3399CC">Skill sets required: </font color= "#3399CC"></u></b><br><ul>
<li>Able to support and configure <b>Mac OS X systems</b>. <br>
<li>Experience supporting Desktop Environments in a Windows Infrastructure as well. <br>
<li>Experience migrating Server and Desktop systems to new applications / hardware<br>
<li> Ability to provide network and Help Desk Support and Monitoring critical devices. <br>
<li>Ability to <b>support email servers/ X Serv</b> a strong plus.<br>
<li>Experience providing phone/ remote support.<br>
<li>Must be able to support Windows OS issues if needed.<br>
<li>MS Server configuration and support experience<br>
<li>Supporting <b>MS Office and Mac applications</b><br>
<li>Research new solutions and technologies to expand current technical infrastructure<br>
<li>Bachelors degree in Technology, Engineering or similar focus is required <br>
</ul>
<u>Certifications a plus but not required: </u><br>
•A+, Net+, MCP<br>
•Mac OS X/ Mac OS X Server Essentials<br>
•Apple Systems Service Certification<br>
