Troubleshoot and analyze desktop PC and equipment problems and schedule repairs. Provide application support for desktop and network software; which includes installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware. Coordinate telephone issues including equipment, user updates and support. Provide user support for connections, options, and oracle application. Coordinate management reports in oracle system.
Highschool grad, certificate of completion in a certified computer trade school, 3 years experience with application and desktop support, familiar with connections
