• MCSE/MCDBA Certified.<br>
• 4+ years experience as SQL Server DBA.<br>
• Ability to resolve various network connectivity issues and problems.<br>
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Replication.<br>
• Experience in data modeling.<br>
• Experience in setting up and maintaining SQL Server LOG Shipping.<br>
• Strong development skills (i.e., using stored proc, triggers, etc) for the purpose of development support.<br>
• Performance monitoring and optimizing experience using Windows Performance Monitor and SQL Server Profiler.<br>
• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving various site performance issues and tuning.<br>
• Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous details.<br>
• Diligent work ethic and high energy level.<br>
• Creative thinking & problem solving skills.<br>
• Must have strong attention to detail.<br>
• Experience in Oracle database administration is a plus.<p>
