&#149; MCSE/MCDBA Certified.<br>
&#149; 4+ years experience as SQL Server DBA.<br>
&#149; Ability to resolve various network connectivity issues and problems.<br>
&#149; Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Replication.<br>
&#149; Experience in data modeling.<br>
&#149; Experience in setting up and maintaining SQL Server LOG Shipping.<br>
&#149; Strong development skills (i.e., using stored proc, triggers, etc) for the purpose of development support.<br>
&#149; Performance monitoring and optimizing experience using Windows Performance Monitor and SQL Server Profiler.<br>
&#149; Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving various site performance issues and tuning.<br>
&#149; Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous details.<br>
&#149; Diligent work ethic and high energy level.<br>
&#149; Creative thinking & problem solving skills.<br>
&#149; Must have strong attention to detail.<br>
&#149; Experience in Oracle database administration is a plus.<p>

The successful candidate will manage enterprise requirements by planning and developing database structure, along with developing database utilization policies, procedures, security, backup, and recovery.<p>

&#149; Providing development support to software engineers by developing stored procedures as necessary.<br>

&#149; Providing end-user database support.<br>
&#149; Providing 24x7 on call database support.<br>
