My client is currently running Oracle HRMS. As part of the continued development and roll out of the system they require a programmer to work on all technical processes related to the rollout and support of the system including the following modules: <p>
Core HR<br>
Employee and Manager Self Service<br>
Standard/Advanced Benefits<br>
Payroll<br>
Time and Labor<br>
Learning Management<p>
Key Roles and Functions<p>
Development/creation of fast formulas (PL/SQL) where appropriate<br>
Development and update of AME rules and workflow processes<br>
Development and update of reports (standard, discoverer, XML, Publisher)<br>
Development of SQL Loader scripts for the import/migration of data<br>
Management of patching process (via 3rd party support)<br>
Management of technical troubleshooting and issue resolution<p>

Experience in end to end technical configuration of Oracle HRMS<br>
Excellent PL/SQL skills<br>
Understanding of Oracle API's<br>
