Experience: Identify and diagnose issues reported by end users. Escalates issues to Level and 2 and 3 Technical Support when necessary.
New Desktop/Server builds
Hardware support including memory upgrades, component replacement, and problem diagnosis
Work with outside IT companies to ensure proper integration of technologies
Work via phone to support remote users
Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support
Document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution
Audio/Visual support for on-site and off-site meetings.
Knowledge of Active Directory, and MS out look highly desired
