Business Analyst with Cash Management / Banking industry in Syracuse, NY

General Responsibilities:
* Concentrate effort on collecting and analyzing data in the Syracuse Site for the Disbursements Billing Northeast business
* Analyze, identify and document specific detailed gaps between the disbursements billing process
* Analyze, identify and document Disbursements Northeast billing progesses
* Obtain Disbursements Northeast billing procedures relative to each process and function
* Provide data gathered to a team responsible for the overall in depth analysis and next steps
* Completes special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
* Plan and prioritize to ensure the meeting of assignment deadlines and project milestones.
* Develop Mercury Quality Center Test Scripts; responsible in the execution of these test scripts and document defects; assist in troubleshooting solutions to defects; run reports of testing and defect results.

REQUIRED SKILLS;
* 2 to 5 years Cash Management or related banking experience
. Expert in Microsoft Excel 2002 and Access 2002
* Strong; in-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of Mercury Quality Center/Test Director
* Strong; in-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of Microsoft Office Suite of products and Visio
