The purpose of this role is to co-ordinate and participate in the data conversion activities of one or more sites during the system conversion to SAP.
Roles:
Liaise with the Data Conversion Specialist ensure the integrity of the data submitted as well as the completeness of the tool.
Liaise with the SAP functional teams to understand the SAP functional requirements.
Liaise with the agency IT and functional staff to understand the existing data structures and sources of data
Work with the rollout and agency teams to ensure that the appropriate mapping and conversion of dataset occurs
Participate in validation and reconciliation activities in the test cycles and actual data conversion process.
Ensure all appropriate procedures and documentation are completed during the conversion process
Experience: Education and Experience Required: . Bachelor's degree in business discipline . 3+ years of experience performing data analysis and data conversions preferably in a SAP environment . Knowledge and experience with ETL tools and ETL's application for data cleansing, mapping, construction and validation . Good Oral and Written skills . Able to work to tight deadlines . Able to take full responsibility for a task . Willing to work flexibly Other Desired Skills: . Knowledge of SD, PS and FI/CO modules of SAP . Knowledge of media industry . Communication skills . Knowledge of Knowledge of ETL toolsets . Knowledge of conversion processes . Planning . Coordination and prioritization .
