A large leading medical devices manufacturer is currently looking to hire a Software Training Specialist. The company specializes in the medical industry and is currently implementing new software in medical facilities throughout the US. The software allows real-time communication via wireless devices i.e. (palm pilots, black berry etc...) between doctors, nurses and other medical professionals. Primary responsibilities for this position are: *to provide software training to companies' field sales reps including Regional Sales Managers, high level account executives etc- on the use and functionality of software, *provide phone support with palm pilots and other wireless devices after training is completed, and track/ document expedited calls. The position requires over 50% travel as far West as California, as far South as Florida and the North East including parts of Canada. Frequency of travel will vary from month to month. Successful candidates must posses excellent communication skills (preferably communicating with high level medical professionals), at least 3 -5 years of technical support preferably in a medical environment, attention to detail with a focus on customer service, experience making presentations to high level professionals, directors, VP's etc... (REQUIRED) Candidates must also be open to the required travel and experienced with palm pilots or blackberries (highly desirable). MUST HAVE A 4 YEAR DEGREE TO BE CONSIDERED.
