Promote, Enforce and Measure components reuse. - Well Versed in Design Patterns, J2EE Patterns and components development Process. - Strong problem solving skills and result oriented personality. - Technical Writing is a big plus. Managerial Skills/Experience: - Strong Writing and Communication Skills; - Able to Manage and owner of components/Framework development in house; - 5 to 8 years experience on either working and/or managing software development projects Using RUP (Rational Unified Process) and J2EE technology. Technical/Design/Process Skills: - Design Patterns, J2EE Patterns, Framework and Components Development Standard and Process; - Insight in Service Oriented Architecture; Component Ownership; - Well versed in RUP or Iterative methodology/artifacts.Optional Skills: - Technical Writing and Catalog Skill set in Library Science.
