Job Title: Consultants - Instructional Design, SAP and ERP Training and Development.
BearingPoint's Strategy, Process and Transformation (SPT) practice provides strategy execution services to our clients - bridging the gap between strategy articulation and strategy implementation. Our practitioners partner with clients to facilitate transitions of new business strategies, processes, technologies, systems, and structures. We offer services in the following areas: Business Transformation, Merger Services, Growth Solutions, Strategic Change, Strategic Cost Alignment, Human Capital Optimization and Learning & Training.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our growing practice as Consultants or Senior Consultants with a focus on the Strategic Change solution, specifically with a focus on instructional design and development / delivery of training curriculum, courseware, and content to support large scale business and IT transformation efforts.
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
Experience designing and developing training programs in support of SAP, Peoplesoft, JDEdwards or similar type ERP implementation.
Previous business or consulting experience with industry and functional experience (Finance, Operaations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) a plus
Instructional design and training development knowledge / experience
Attention to detail and structure to ensure high quality training courseware is produced consistently
Proficiency with content development / conversion / management tools typically used in large scale enterprise systems implementation projects (e.g., Infopak, InfoDB, Robodemo, Tutor, Articulate, etc.)
An ability to quickly learn and apply the Bearing Point approach to training development and delivery
An ability to work both independently and within a large team environment
Possess exceptional ommunication and interpersonal skills and be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
An ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving, fast paced environment
Familiarity with training development tool vendors, their evaluation, and selection
Learning management experience to facilitate appropriate learning strategy and courseware development
Must be able to travel.
