Purpose and Key Responsibilities of the position:
Position is responsible for the participation in the deployment of the Shared Services template to IPG operational units in North America. Each project will consist of one or more of IPG's operating unit's Offices.
. Day to day interaction with agency staff, COE and Rollout, in execution of template configuration data gathering, data conversion, gap mitigation, training, testing and other project related activities.
. Maintenance of and reporting against deployment project plan to the Rollout Manager
. Management and escalation of system, people and process, gaps and issues as related to the rollout activities.
. Ensuring project standards and methodology are upheld
. Primary liaison with Local office in area of specialization
. Actively participate in ongoing project process improvement activities
Challenges faced:
This project is fast paced, in a challenging environment. The incumbent will face a diverse set of process and skills which they will need to mold and shape in order to meet the requirements of both the business and the template This position will act as a bridge between the business and the technical as such will be expected to be able to actively support this activity. Although Primarily based in New York, this position will require travel the operating units are in a diverse geography.

Contacts:
This position reports directly to SAP Project Manager - North America from a HR peprspective, but will report directly to the Rollout Manager from on a project by project basis, and will interface with all levels of employees across the company.
Experience: Education and Experience Required: This position requires 2-4 years of systems project experience within an SAP environment with at least 1 full project life cycle. Configuration knowledge is desirable although configuration activities will be limited, so high end super uses will be actively considered. There are two area of specialization, Finance (FI/CO, primary focus on Financials and special ledger) and Logistics (Sales and Distribution (primarily Sales), MM purchasing and invoice verification, Project systems). Any supplementary knowledge of CA-TS (timesheet) will be very useful. . Project Management and planning . Negotiation and influencing . Organization and time management . Business Process knowledge .
