Mid-Sr. Level Quality Assurance Associate in NEW YORK, NY

Mid-to-senior level QA person (5+ years experience performing software quality assurance) Salary up to $ 95k + bonus Experience testing FX/Futures/Equities FIX engines & other applications, w/an understanding of trading concepts "Hands on", detailed knowledge of the FIX protocol, versions 4.0 plus Experience writing test plans, executing test cases and working independently Fluent in UNIX and Windows (Linux is a plus) UNIX shell scripting is required (C/TCSH/BASH shells) Knowledge of sockets (TCP/UDP/MultiCast/Tibco) communications is a plus Superior communication skills, both written and oral Background in computer science preferable Experience: LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.
