Mandatory Requirements
Note: Candidates not meeting the following mandatory requirements will not be considered for further evaluation:
1. Associate?s Degree
2. Minimum of 4 years of JAVA programming experience
3. Minimum of 3 years experience with Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) development and transaction management
4. Minimum of 3 years experience with JSPs/Servlet development
Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills
2. Minimum of 4 years experience with the development of Enterprise Java Beans and transaction management in a large, complex environment. Experience in performance analysis and tuning is a plus
3. Minimum of 4 years experience in the development of JSPs and/or Servlets. A minimum of 3 years experience is required using STRUTS in a large, complex application with significant user interaction. Experience in refactoring work to improve performance is a plus.
4. A minimum of 2 years experience using Hibernate.
5. A minimum of 18 months experience working with XML and/or web services.
