The environment is Windows 2000/XP, MS Office, ADS, and Lotus Notes.

Responsibilities:
- Providing end-user support for applications, hardware, and network
- Backups & Restores
1. Monitor tape backup functions (swap tape, log backups)
2. Follow IT Tape backup guidelines and send tapes off-site weekly
3. Restore required data as requested.
- Perform basic maintenance of servers (patching, basic functions like adding drive)
- User Account Management: Create/manage network accounts for staff in assigned offices
- Setup new equipment for the office (printers, computers, etc.)
- Other Duties As assigned

Experience Required:
- Two year of hands-on 2000/NT experience is required
- At least two year of administering, monitoring and maintaining various servers is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 2000/XP and ADS in a LAN environment.
- Experience with building user workstations
- Experience resolving user printing problems
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
- Demonstrated skills in working with remote users.
- Experience with Internet browsers (Netscape or Explorer) and TCP/IP addresses.
- Must be a strong communicator and have experience working with end users in a team environment.

Education/Certification:
- Associates degree preferred
- MCSE, CNE or CNA a plus
