Mandatory Skill/Expertise
1. Twenty (20) years experience in management of large scale computerization projects including development and implementation.
2. Four (4) years experience in the development, implementation, operation and o support plans of a web-based application.
3. Four (4) years experience in the hardware and software requirements relating to networks.
4. Performed assessment services for at least two (2) similar projects for a period of two (2) years or more.
Desirable Skill/Expertise
1. five (5) years experience in Timekeeping systems.
2. five (5) years experience in HR/Payroll systems. Experience: Project Manager III ? The project managers shall provide project management services including: overseeing the documentation of system and related requirements; engaging in the planning and management of certain implementation activities, including certain aspects of testing; and overseeing the implementation activities of the system developer and quality assurance contractor. Responsibilities shall include creating project plans and managing those plans, coordinating resources and task assignment, identifying and resolving problems impeding the success of the project, reviewing and assessing other managers, and reporting progress.
